Need to “get the ball rolling”? On the occasion you would like to order your client’s exam, in advance of submitting the application to CPS, click the link below to connect to Superior Mobile Medics’ website - you may complete the process of ordering the required exam for your client on your own.
Be reminded - if you order an exam and an application for the client is never submitted, you will be responsible for the cost of the exam (you’ll be billed by the vendor).
Do not order your own exam for a US Financial case – USFL underwrites only from exams they order – you will be responsible for the cost of the exam (you’ll be billed by the vendor).
Important - any time you order the exam prior to submitting an app (whether you use Superior Mobile Medics or not), please remember to: 1) Let the vendor know to send the exam to CPS – don’t have it sent directly to the carrier, and 2) Include a cover letter with the app – let us know you have ordered the exam yourself (and let us know which vendor you ordered it from).
