West Coast Life TeleLife® Processing

With West Coast Life's TeleLife program, you only have to spend a few minutes completing the short TeleLife preliminary application. You don’t need to leave your office, you don’t need to get client signatures, you don’t need to meet face-to-face with the client – a few minutes and you’re done! The TeleLife unit takes care of everything else. They call your client within 48 hours, and during the approximately 20-minute long application interview they also make arrangements for the paramed exam.

Your commission percentage is exactly the same – but your profit is much higher with TeleLife. You don’t have to drive to meet with the client, sit with him/her, drive back to your office, photo copy and mail the application, order the paramed exam, double check to make sure the exam was done, etc. - all the busy work and expense associated with the traditional submission process is eliminated!

Pre Application Approval List - as of 11/30/06 the Pre Application is not yet approved in CA, DE, IL, MA, MS, NV, VT, VA - ** see below for instructions on how to use the TeleLife program in these states until the Pre Application is approved.

** To use the TeleLife in states where the pre-application is not yet approved:

You must already be contracted with WCL to use this temporary workaround.
Click here for the Request for Interview form - use it until the pre application is approved in your state.
Once the request for interview form is completed, fax it to your life case manager at CPS.
Your life case manager will get the ball rolling by contacting the TeleLife department.
The TeleLife department will call the client to setup the interview - the process will be the same from this point forward.

Other important related items:

The Request for Interview form requires no agent signatures - This is not a pre-application
Agents have a place to print your name and provide your WCL agent code
Applicant’s signature will be obtained during the normal process of TeleLife
The agent signature will be a delivery requirement
No binding coverage available using this temporary workaround
